NEW – Martin HD-28 Standard Acoustic. The Martin HD-28 Standard Dreadnought Acoustic is the re-creation of Martin’s legendary herringbone style 28 guitars. It has a Sitka spruce top, solid rosewood back and sides, and mahogany neck with ebony fingerboard. Vintage appointments include herringbone top trim, a traditional zigzag backstrip, and Martin’s famous scalloped X-bracing that allows the top to vibrate more freely, yielding a louder, more open tone. Comes with a deluxe hardshell Martin case and lifetime warrantee.
NEW- Just arrived, one of my favorite guitars! The Martin D-7 Roger McGuinn Special Edition with a factory installed Fishman Matrix Infinity Pickup. This is the last D-7 that Martin had left and we got it at Fab Gear!! The 7-string guitar might be the coolest musical invention since the capo. Yes, SEVEN strings. The 7th string doubles the G string and gives a lush 12-string sound to chords. The single bass and treble strings mean you can play lead and bass lines just like you would on a 6-string. The D7 is a new and more affordable version of the HD7 Roger McGuinn introduced in 2005. – D size, solid rosewood and Sitka spruce, hybrid scalloped bracing, gloss finish with aging toner, ivoroid binding. Modified V-shape neck, 1-3/4″ nut, ebony fretboard & bridge. Inside label numbered and signed by Roger McGuinn.

The best of the old Martin style and tone with the ultra modern state of the art Fishman F1 Aura pickup system. The OMCPA1 Performing Artist series is crafted using nothing but the finest tonewoods. Martin takes the acoustic/electric on an evolutionary journey, equipping these axes with the Fishman F1 Aura. Far more than a simple pickup system, the F1 Aura combines high-end acoustic sound images, an onboard digital tuner, a compressor, a phase control, an EQ, and anti-feedback control.
