Check out this tailer for a cool film I worked on called ‘Not Fade Away’. Paramount Pictures hired me last year to work on the film as a Technical Advisor and as the Associate Music Supervisor. My good pal Little Steven got me the gig. We had to make sure all the gear in the film was historically correct. It was a pleasure working with David Chase who wrote and directed the film. David’s attention to detail is pure genius! No wonder his hit show The Sopranos was such a huge success. The film comes out December 21st. Check it out!

Last year producers for the popular PBS show History Detectives contacted me and told me about a viewer that had approached them about a guitar that had purportedly belonged to Bob Dylan and was possibly the guitar that he used at the Newport Folk Festival in 1965, when Dylan ‘went electric’. History Detectives also contacted my good friend Jeff Gold owner of RecordMecca.com and Dylan historian to help authenticate the handwritten lyrics. Read Jeff’s blog about his involvement at his site RecordMecca.com.
