Fender_Vintage_1961_Stratocaster_Electric_Guitar_3_Color_Sunburst_Rosewood_Neck_6759870VINTAGE - This 1961 Fender Stratocaster is one of the cleanest vintage Strats we've ever stocked. This one owner guitar was purchased in the early 60's, however the owner only played this guitar occasionally and mostly kept it in a closet. This Stratocaster comes form the golden era of Fender, featuring a dark rosewood slab fingerboard, and a three-ply white/ black/ white pickguard, which are a trademark of early 60's Stratocasters

The heel of the guitar neck is marked ‘2-61’ dating the guitar at February 1961. This alder wood solid body guitar weighs in at 7.12 lbs, and has its original factory three-tone sunburst finish, with all its original factory parts including the Pickguard, tuners, and frets. The nut needed to be replaced, so a new one was cut to perfection. The guitar will come with its original nut, and original hang tags included inside the original Fender hardshell early 60’s brown style case.

If you are looking for perfect example of what makes this era of Fender so legendary, look no further!

USED - The Duesenberg 49er delivers the best proof that traditional electric guitars can, through well-aimed and experienced fine-tuning, be made to produce brand new, brilliant sound. That is, not only does the 49er take on classic form with a mahogany body and solid maple top, it comes equipped with coveted Duesenberg features like Z Tuners, Domino P90 and Grand Vintage pickups, innovative electronics and distinctive Duesenberg "three-step" Art Deco design elements. A unique feature of the 49er is the adjustable STB system, whereby the guitar strings are drawn through the body for optimal transfer of vibration. Furthermore, pressure at the bridge can be fine-tuned according to preference for each individual string. So, for example, the twang element of the bass strings (low setting) can be raised and combined with the softer response characteristics of the diskant strings (high setting), or vice versa. These are nuances that make up the huge difference between ordinary guitars and a Duesenberg!

Duesenberg_Imperial_Black_Guitar_Hollow_Body_Electric_Guitar_82629USED LIKE NEW! - The Duesenberg Imperial throws open the door to a time when rock was still celebrated “around the clock”, a time when jazz cats were starting to grease their hair and think about finding new sounds. This classic hollow body guitar with its deep sides and double f-holes is both a jazz and a rock’n’roll/rockabilly instrument. At the same time, however, it insists on exerting its own entirely unique character.  The greatly-appreciated Duesenberg pickup assembly with two Domino P90  is here enhanced by our “Mid-Shift” twang pot, which extends the range of our already impressive Duesenberg sound spectrum. Marking the end of an all too mellow, pre-fab jazz sound, the Imperial is assisted by a highly functional Deluxe Tremola – here, of course, with a lengthier bar.
