Vintage 1960 Fender® Musicmaster Short Scale Electric Guitar (Desert Sand)

Fender_Musicman_Music_Man_Electric_Guitar_1960_5342VINTAGE - This cool old Fender Musicmaster is in great condition for a guitar that is almost 60 years old! Fender first introduced the original Musicmaster (one pickup) and the Duosonic (two pickups) guitars in mid 1956. They were Fender's 3/4 size, short scale student model beginner guitars. These short scale models were made to the same high quality standards and materials that Fender used for its more expensive models. This 60 Musicmaster has an Alder wood body, maple neck with a slab Brazilian Rosewood fingerboard and dot inlays.

The Desert Sand finish on the body is original, the finish on the neck is also original. The guitar has all original parts and is fitted with a single neck position pickup, volume and tone knobs, single layer thick white pickguard and original tuners. The neck is in great condition and doesn't have any visible fret wear. Includes a gig bag case. With this 1960 Musicmaster you can get the same quality and workmanship of an old 50’s Strat or Tele at a fraction of the price. This ultra cool old guitar feels great to play because of its comfortable size.
