He played it though the years and kept it up in great shape. The guitar was professionally over-sprayed in the late 60's, and has aged gracefully. This beautiful Epiphone Triumph has a solid spruce top with maple back and sides, laminated mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard with notched diamond inlays, script Epiphone logo and fleur-de-lis design inlay on the headstock fitted with a set of Epiphone Kolb/Grover USA nickel & pearl 3 on a side tuners, Frequensator tailpiece an adjustable rosewood bridge.

Epiphone started offering ‘natural’ finish guitars in 1940 with an ad campaign “For Those Who Prefer Blondes” and this is one of those blonde bombshells that looks, plays and sounds amazing! With the original Epiphone hard shell case.
