Lessons
All of our lessons are taught on a one-to-one basis so that each student gets an individual learning plan catered to his/her specific needs. To ensure that our lesson program continues to be the best it can be, we ask that all our students and parents read and adhere to the policies below. Please note for homes with pets; so that the student’s lesson is not disrupted and in courtesy to your instructor all pets need to be put in a secure area upon instructors arrival and for the duration of the lesson. No exceptions!
Cancellations and Rescheduling
Once on our schedule, your lesson will take place the same time once a week. We will keep that day and time on a continuous basis. If you are unable to attend a scheduled lesson, please contact your instructor via their email as soon as possible.
Our lesson program runs in 6 week blocks. Once on our schedule, your lesson will take place on the same day/time once per week. As a courtesy we ask that you give your instructor a 24 hour notice of any cancellations, failure in doing so will result in forfeiting your lesson.
ALL Cancellations must be done by E-mail ONLY to your instructor.
Please avoid ” No Shows” on your scheduled lesson day. This results as a forfeit of your lesson AND make up lesson for that week.
Payment
Fab Gear lessons are paid for on a six-week basis, with payment being taken before the first scheduled lesson date of each six-week term. This six-week term fee is automatically billed to your credit card, or, you may pay at the Fab Gear show room using credit card, cash, or personal check (returned checks subject to $35 fee). Your time slot will remain intact for each six-week term, unless prearranged with your instructor. Please note, we will have a new policy for payments made by check. Checks need to be mailed or brought into the store prior to the first week of any new lesson session. Our instructors will no longer be collecting payments.
