The HCT-500/1 features beautiful Flame Maple body with a Spruce top and hand carved solid Spruce sustain block inside the body of the bass to give you an in-depth, resonating bass tone with superior sustain. The 30'' scale of the set, 3-piece Maple/Beech/Maple neck combined with 22 frets and Rosewood fingerboard featured on the HCT-500/1 give this bass it's incredible feel and playability. Housing original Höfner (German made) Staple-Top pick-ups, the HCT-500 is sure to give you that highly sought-after vintage tone. The classic control panel features dual volume controls, on/off switches for the bass and treble, and a rhythm/solo switch that gives your bass that extra boost, allowing you to really pushes your sound over the edge.
